Why should I choose Sea Level Mobile Notary?
After many years of working with different populations, for us, it all comes down to relationships with people. ​Do you perform notarizations in hospitals and nursing homes?
Yes we do. We want to make the process as easy and convenient for you and your loved ones as possible.

What type of ID do I need to bring?
You'll need a government-issued photo ID, not expired more than 3 years.

How much is each notary stamp going to cost?
Each time we need to affix a notary stamp will cost $15. For example, if your document includes places for a notary to stamp on 3 different sections, that will cost $45 plus taxes and travel fees.

Should I wait to sign my documents in front of the notary?
Yes! While in some cases you can sign ahead of time - don't take that chance! Just wait until we're sitting with you to sign. Otherwise, we may not be able to notarize your document.

​Do you officiate weddings?
Not at this time.

Do you offer remote notarization?
Not at this time.

Do you handle real estate closing documents?
Not at this time (but soon, yes).

How do I pay you?
We accept cash, checks from businesses, debit/ credit cards, Square, PayPal and Venmo.

How long does a typical appointment take?
Most notarizations are done within 30 minutes. Of course, it can take longer for more complicated notarizations or more numerous ones.

What if a signer is unaware or highly medicated?
We cannot notarize for that person, it is against the law.
